Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of the Anonview Analytics service, including the dashboard, the Wasm script, and the anonymizing relay. They apply to professional customers (B2B).

Anonview provides usage statistics and a privacy-first live view. Events are anonymized, with no third-party cookies, no IPs, and no input values. An ephemeral session hash is used to avoid long-term correlation.

• Do not send personal or sensitive data via instrumentation.
• Inform end users in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Configure retention and allowed domains consistently.

The customer is responsible for keeping credentials confidential. Any activity performed from an account is attributed to them. In case of suspicion, access may be suspended to protect the platform.

The customer remains the owner of their data. They grant Anonview a limited license to process data solely to provide the service.

Pricing terms are those of the subscribed plan. Applicable taxes and fees are borne by the customer. Payments are handled by payment providers listed in our subprocessors.

The service is provided as-is, with a best-efforts obligation. Anonview is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequences of non-compliant use.

The applicable law and competent jurisdiction are specified in the legal notice of the operating entity.
